Why suddenly this blog post? Well, Esther was watching this cartoon on the 27th May 2013 about 9PM and she fell in loved with it immediately. Apart from Mr.Cedric of course. She managed to catch the repeat of this movie the following day, and boy was she really into it. So the same night, she was waiting patiently till 9pm thinking the next episode was going to show but only to be disappointed that it didn't. As after every cartoon on Disney Junior they kept on playing mini coming soon clips for Sofia the First, till she didn't want to go to bed worried that it will be showing.
So being the daddy that does not like her princess to be disappointed over and over again, I went and did a little search on Astro's guide but found nothing much about it. But that didn't stopped me from trying to see if I can find any info on the web regarding this. And I managed to find out apparently there is a series of this which will hopefully reach Malaysia shores by next month. But from now till then, Youtube mini clips will do for now.
Never the less, will try to head to Speedy and see if I could get a copy of the Once Upon A Princess copy for her, so at least she could watch it over and over again. Anyway, I would highly recommend this to all of you parents out there who have a little princess at home to get it. It's actually great that both Deluxe and I went and sit through the whole movie with her. And they do give moral values, which could be applied to every day living. Something Disney never failed to do, so I'm pretty happy with it. Plus there's a lot of singing in them, so be warned if you start humming the tunes as well as you work. Lol!
I went and fetch Esther from school today. And apparently, she didn't had a good time due to some misunderstanding which I believe. She was so upset when I waited for her by her class. All of her friends, told me she cried and of course while we were in the car I asked her what has happened. Apparently after I listen to her story, I told her everything is going to be fine.
Every daddy, wouldn't want her little girl to get hurt in any way. So I did, what I believe all other daddy would do. Cheer her up and make her feel she's special. So after we parked our car, I brought her to the lower ground of the car park and told her we are going to a magical place. And she start to fill her head with imagination thinking we're going into a secret cave only for princess. After going one round, we arrive on a stage. I continue to let her imagination flow, as she dance around the stage making up her own fairy tale story.
And with that, she totally forgotten what had just happen in school and couldn't wait to tell mummy what she just did. Tomorrow will be another day, and most likely she will have another adventure of her own. I'm just glad that I was able to be cheer up my little princess, when she needed it. Will probably stop now, as I have yet to take my shower. And yes, I'm still blogging on my tab and I foresee more post from here. You have a nice day now!
